I came here around 9:20am...I was 6th in line. They got three windows, but only one clerk can do business for customers..So I left...One hour later I can back...It is still one window open for business...I arrive at 11:06...Now is 11:17.I am still waiting... I don't want to leave again and come back since the bus system in this city is terrible.

I opened an account at this branch a few months ago, maybe I was lucky, as soon as I entered, the account opening was just over, so it was my turn, and the process was very smooth. It's over in 30 minutes, and then it's very smooth and fast to pick up the ATM card one week later (I picked it at 12 noon). Overall, I think the service is not bad.
