The service staff does not actively tell how long it takes to open an account! I have clearly told me that I want to open an account, but I have to wait about half an hour before asking if I want to open an account there? Then I said I had to wait an hour before my turn was really a waste of my time! Other branches will first ask the person who wants to open an account to write information, but this one has to wait for that stupidity all the time, and the work efficiency is only poor.
