Long wait to exchange foreign currency. Only one forex teller. Long process and a lot of paper work on teller's part. Bring passport, phone number and allow extra time. 100nt transaction fee. Don't go when close to 3:30pm. That's when banks close and there's a mad rush.
The best Taiwanese bank. They welcome foreigners to open their accounts and try their best to help you to fix your problem, which is different from other banks. The service in this branch is good as well.
