Liuhe Night Market/Liuhe Tourist Night Market

I prefer the night markets we have in Tainan but this is passable. A bit less lively and the prices are also quite expensive. I think it is good for some sightseeing and also to gate a taste of the loo oval specialities they offer here. Just be aware that some stores might overcharge you so it is important to watch out for prices properly displayed.

I cycled down from Tainan but found it to be very quiet on a Wednesday. Had mochi, an oyster omelette, some mango and a meat bun. Great food but a real lack of variety, not sure if pandemic or weather related as it had rained heavily in the proceeding hours.

Not a large night market. Only one road. They have many seafood restaurants

I thought the night Market was only okay. Not many choices or variety. Compared to most other bigger night markets that is - this is rather small and lackluster. The fried fish noodles soup was only okay, I think the item that stood out to us was the glutinous rice meatball 肉园uff0cit was different and really tasty (at just 35 NT for one big one). It's the same stall that sells Guabao, so lookout for that.

Its my second time in this night market and i enjoy strolling around. Good variety of foods and other staffs. Its also near the train station
