Louis scooter & car rental 機車出租

DO NOT HIRE. NOT MAINTAINED BIKES. Hired a scooter and advised traveling around The an. Showed on maps. Scooter had both front and rear brakes warped, a sticky throttle and then overheated and kept losing coolant. Was nice enough to replace with another just as dangerous bike. This one had the front wheel moving back and forward by an inch. Had a scooter shop make it mildly better but front brake was unusuable. Louis was too cheap to fix and didn't seem concerned when I returned the bike. Also I had done an oil change and filled tank on the last bike right before replacement. Louis claimed new bike had oil changed and a full tank. Bike was on a lean when delivered and said full but was only 1/3 full and oil light came on 132km in. He said ignore it. Also, insurance on the scooter is not included in price. Only provides personal injury at best. Cheap rates because of lack of insurance.

I rented an electric bike that had issues the following day. Louis came out twice to help me. When the scooter wouldn't start for him on the second call, he reimbursed me for all 3 days I rented it. I offered to pay for one day, but he refused. He accepted responsibility for the problem even though it wasn't his fault. Totally honorable business. Good people. I will go back given another opportunity. Classy business! Thank you, Louis!

I was in Kaohsiung attending an exchange semester and I rented a motorcycle from Louis. All I can say is he is a very kind and credible guy! I also had an accident with the rented motorcycle and he didn't make use of the situation! As kind and fair as he is, he charged me a very fair and low price for the damage I brought about his motorcycle, using second hand parts instead of expensive new ones.

Very good service, friendly, polite and easy to work with. Def recommend to anyone looking to rent in Kaohsiung!
