Nie Yuan! In July 2018, they rented their car and drove Uber (RBK-6065) on the Taipei CNR's direct rental car. In August, they quit the rental early (the security deposit was all flying) and received a ticket inexplicably in December (the violation date is October). The direct flight undertaker said it would forward the notification; received the reminder in May 2019, and called the giant business in person, and they said they would pay; in December 2020, they received the enforcement form! What kind of farce is this?
