I saw the counter staff come out and asked us what we want to do one by one. I apologize, saying that it takes a while to open an account. I'm sorry, but I have to wait a while. Although I am not bad, I think I really have concerns about our feelings.nAfter that, it seemed that the supervisor of the branch came out and asked me what I wanted to do, so he guided me to other counters for processing. Overall the service was pretty good!!nI just saw that the staff at the counter were very busy, they had to deal with things, and they had to answer the phone, and there were a few people in the queue who wanted to ask questions. I really feel that the staff at the counter are very hard, and I think the bank needs more people to help!!
