No English speaking customer service agent as well as anyone who actually knows what they are doing. The bank messed up on my foreign wire transfer. At the very minimal level, bankers should have a good sense of training experience to make sure that all the documents had been properly filled out. Avoid at all cost unless you want to be charged and left with no money because your money will be in-transit with no guarantee that the information had been properly processed. So unprofessional in every way possible. I am closing my account after I get my money posted on my US account.
