Terrible experience -- if you don't speak Chinese -..i spoke to the entire staff and also use google translator to explain the situation ...i was a joke for them ...they were just laughing on my face ..very insulting !!!!nnwhen you are working in a bank you never share customer details to some one else . . customer Information is confidential ..i hope some one can help me in escalating their behavior to higher management and take some serious action on their staff... u better teach your team what banking ethics are.nnThey don't understand meaning of simple yes or no ..Poor communication - unprofessionalnnYou cant undo what is already Done ...I hope they don't do the same with other customers ..

Except for foreign exchange, it ’s all right. The previous customer just waited for 1 hour just to exchange RMB, and there will not be an additional foreign exchange counter. Other non-foreign exchange services are only about 5 minutes

The business volume of this branch seems to be small, and the service attitude of the staff and guards is very good. The last time I exchanged Japanese yen, there was also tea, good to drink.
