AVIS Car Rental Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2

Staff at Avis Taiwan call center and airport agency were polite and professional. Able to quickly book and confirm a car rental, pickup was fast and at a very convenient location right outside T2 arrivals. Returns are conducted at the same place. The car was in near new condition despite quite a lot of KMs on the clock, going to a local agency might be slightly cheaper but the car we got from a local place recently was in much worse condition. We really enjoyed our rental with AVIS Taoyuan, recommended.

The staff here were very helpful and spoke in clear English, for those who can't speak Mandarin. Car was in decent shape, newer model with ~40'000km on the dial. Put on another 800km on it in 4 days without a single issue.

Dropping a car off is very unclear. There is no sign and the phone number I was given didn't work.

Clerks are very polite and warmly kindhearted. They rent us a brand new car which made our journey in Taiwan more wonderful.
