Very personalized service and lotsa flexibility, the car was nice and the staff were always responsive to every small details or questions. They were very understanding when we made changes to our pick up and return timing cos we were with kids, even drove us back to hotel after we returned the car. We are very thankful for their constant assurance and hospitality, will definitely be back to use their service again!

Very friendly staff and convenient. Pick up from train station or airport to the office and drive them to the locations at the end of the trips. Staff that attended to us, Amy, was extremely friendly and helpful for any information before the trip to help familiarize with the local driving practice. Quick response for any queries between booking and actual visit too.
