National Taichung Theater

I wasn’t sure what to expect. All things considered, you have to purchase show tickets to enjoy a theater, isn't that so? All things considered, yes and no. There is plenty to do in this theater without tickets. In fact, the theater should be known as a museum with a theater. easily spend hours inside and the admission is free. On my list of activities in Taichung, the theater is exceptionally close to the top. The theater is a big landmark, designed by a well known Japanese architectural designer- 伊東 豊雄／いとう とよお. It's a beautiful building no matter inside or outside. There is a Sky garden on the roof top. You can come down the staircase and see all of floors.

Beautiful space on the inside and outside. Also can take a coffee or afternoon tea. If afternoon tea on the top floor, must make reservation! Nice garden area on top as well that is popular for mini photo shoots.

Great location, get access to every other places such as shopping place. Full of cultural events in higher levels property communities. And it won't be bored in any moment in this neighborhood

I love NTT it’s so nice to just visit and shop around it’s well selected first floor area. *a few years ago I did see Cats the musical here and that was amazing, so I’d you ever have the opportunity to see something inside, definitely grab it. I cried when she sang Memory!
