I do n’t know that the postal service time has been changed to 1900, so I went in at 7 o’clock in the evening to send a letter and was notified by the counter that it was not accepted. I think it ’s reasonable, so I did n’t think too much. I turned around and left the counter, and the elder sister who followed me was still being sent mail after the counter. I ca n’t figure out why there are two standards for education and training in this branch?
