Very bad service attitude, no empathy! The efficiency is slow, there are three counters, but only one counter is serving! After the reflection, we can't help the customer to deal with the matter, can only wait! Never encountered such an inefficient branch I don't know what to send so many clerks to this branch...a bunch of clerks who are idle and daze...but they can't come to the front for support.
