I went to your company's Nantou branch today to open an account. In the morning, I said that the first two people had to wait an hour for the application. In the afternoon, I said that there are three people waiting for three hours. This is the worst service response I have seen in the past 30 years! I am your customer, faithfully reflect the problem to your company! Really need improvement ⋯⋯⋯
