Super long wait here of 1 hour, but the service is friendly and helpful. If you don’t feel like sitting in a queue for 1+ hours you can take your number, and then go get some lunch while you’re waiting. They should definitely hire more staff to improve the wait times. In the USA, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to talk to a banker. Here is much less efficient.

They are super slowly awaiting here like a forever, they can everything faster but they don't want to hire even for a little, they are kind and friendly but not quick at all!!!

The lady who opened the account really has a very bad attitude, really don't know what to say, a sloppy look, if it's really impossible, I don't want to deal with this bank
