Ms. Irene is incredibly helpful! She spent much time with me trying to get a credit card (no deal without a guarantor for foreigners) and then moved mountains to email me a monthly statement that I can translate, rather than dealing with the all-Chinese language online interface.nnThe bank moves at the pace I recall from 1978 Taiwan banks, but Ms. Irene really tried to help through the hours it took to set up the account and then make it foreigner-friendly. She turned around my impression of the bank, so ask for her if you want good service (not Mr. Chen, who mostly grumbled and said they don't do the things Ms. Irene made happen).

If you want to grab a bank, don't come here, because the staff are super slow and serve an average of 5 minutes per customer.

The efficiency is too poor, the action is slow, and the nonsense is too bad

No matter whether it ’s a gentleman or a lady, you ’ll have to talk about it or not. If you hear it, you ’ll be sad. If you see so many negative comments, you know that it ’s not just me who feels they have a problem.
