Really enjoy this fresh, fast-food dining style, reminds me of the Tender Greens in Cali! Overall, the portion was substantial and fulfilling. I really like my choices of protein: chicken and salmon. Both of them were cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. Lookin forward to come back and try another combo!

Aone is an A1 place to have a healthy meal full of nutrients that fulfill your daily basic intake needs! I love this place so much and almost always eat here after workouts. The food is fresh and delicious and they have amazing smoothies! Definitely a favorite spot that I visit on a weekly basis!

Delicious, high quality and fast service make this place an excellent choice for nourishing bowls in Taipei ^^ While not high CP or high in portions for the cost, the quality is definitely present in the freshness and flavor of the toppings. Today we got their Shake it Up $205 (Mexican flavors with guacamole and sour cream) with chicken, and their signature pan fried Salmon bowl for $285. The Shake it up was fun (they give you two pots of sour cream and guacamole and instruct you to add them into your bowl and shake it all up with a lid), and felt refreshing and not too heavy, and very flavorful with lime and salsa and black beans all mixed ~ the salmon bowl was delicious too! The salmon was crispy and glazed and super yummy, and the roasted sweet potato and chewy king oyster mushrooms and lightly fragrant coconut rice all blended perfectly. However, for the average size and hefty price tag I wouldn't be inclined to try it again~ instead would opt for one of their other pre-made bowls. Definitely worth a visit :)

A lil pricey nt$300 but very fresh, light and delicious. Generous portions of salmon and guacamole. All ingredients were nice and fresh. Staff were incredibly friendly, kind and customized the bowl exactly to my liking. A quality eatery for people worried about their health and calorie control. Only downside is no spicy sauces or spicy salsa and they close fairly early compared to other eateries nearby

Good taste and very healthy at least I think so a little hussled when ordering but all worked out fine
