Love at First Bite - Bakery Cafe (深盤披薩專賣店)

Ordered the Chicago style deep dish pizza and felt very deceived. It was doughy, soggy, probably even a tap undercooked. Lacked flavor, bland, and under seasoned. Zero resembling of a East coast style pizza. The pulling cheese was only good for a minute then it was hard and chewy. On the other hand. Buffalo wings were small and heavily coated in sauce so they were all too salty. Place was crowded and not very clean. The only good came out of the dinning experience was the imported beer but you can also just get them at Carrefour

I haven't been to the state so I do not know what is an authentic deep dish pizza should taste like, but I think the deep dish offered in this place is close enough to its place of origin.nnChicago deep dish pizza is made up side down, cheese on the bottom and sauce on the top, probably due to the sauce is separated by the cheese, so the deep thick crust that ends up chewy and crunchy even after you finished all the delicious toppings first.nnApart from the pizza, the cakes from this shop is also a must try, creamy cheese cake and decadent chocolate cake is smooth in texture, rich in flavor, one thing I love the most about the cake is it is not overly sweet.nnI had a great first time experience here and will definitely come back for more.

Buffalo wings: it’s sweet BBQ wings, nothing buffalo about it, do not try itnnBurger: good pattie and buns fires also good, very close to AmericannnDeep dish: a good imitation but not the real thing, taste more like papa johns with extra cheesennNo refills for your soft drink, this is absolutely not American, it’s a blasphemy!

Food is really good and priced reasonably as well. Their BBQ chicken deep dish is fire, tastes as good as if you were eating one in Chicago.

The vegetables soup was not good at all. We had the double cheese burger and grilled chicken BLT sandwich and it was very good. Delicious. Price quality relation on point. I recommend you to try the three chocolate cheesecake, we were full already but couldn’t resist to finish it.
