A terrible experience. Was denied a rental scooter despite having an ARC and Taiwan motorcycle license. They told me it was because my ARC expired within the next three months. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous rule anywhere else. Furthermore, even the signage specifically for foreigners makes zero mention of any such rule.nnFollowing all of the real laws won’t help you here. Foreigners need not waste their time.

Rented a car from them. Received the car with empty tank lights blinking. Have rented from many other countries' rental company and have always received full tank and return with full tank. How are customers supposed to estimate their usage and return car with empty tank as well? Seems like a ruse to cheat customers of fuel/ money. Not recommended.
