I waited almost three hours to open an account...nBy the time I did it, it was already past 4 o'clock. It was not the staff who was sitting at the desk behind but the lady at the counter who helped me handle it. The speed was very fast, and it was done in about 20 minutes.nI really don’t know what the people who handled the desk staff were doing? It takes more than 30 minutes for each person to wait for a long time.
