Banks are very inefficient in doing things. When opening an account, the relevant rules are completely ignored. When services are needed, a bunch of rules are used to restrict people's use. The bank's intention is not to facilitate the service to create a win-win situation, how can it become annoying to the people

It takes more than 30 minutes to open a deposit waiting number of people. Looking at the counter, there was only one window for business. The others are empty. You can understand that the counter staff is busy with other business. Of course, we must respect your company. The professional of the staff, but what is unknown is that someone has been coming in later, why are they not called? Did you see it? Is it understaffed? Or is there too much business? I really do n’t understand! Even if you waste your time and don't deposit money, the point is how has the service efficiency and training of banks changed?
