Very horrible experience, please never apply for this bank and especially this branch, employees are super slow..waiting since morning 10 to now upto now 14:00pm still waiting.. I spent my whole day to just apply for lost card.. They don't bother about your timenWorst experience in Taiwan

At noon today, I went to the branch to collect the money. Because I didn’t wear a mask, I couldn’t enter. Mr. Mongolian Guardian enthusiastically helped and guided me to fill in the information outside. Finally, I even presented a brand new mask for me to negotiate directly with the staff.
