There is only one person at the entire counter. Account opening and account processing are the service counters. I call the service counter alone. No one is in front of the counter and no one wants to call the number. One counter handles general services, and one clerk slides his mobile phone in front. Once in hundreds of years, Citi really was a waste of time. When I walked to the Fubon counter next door, there were at least 3 people dealing with it. The service was excellent! It's really too much
