2021/03/06 Came to Pingtung for lunch, and ordered 120 yuan beef stew noodles, 130 yuan tomato beef noodles, 170 yuan semi-gluten beef noodles, and 80 yuan pork cartilage rice. The beef is soft and tender. The braised soup has a medicinal taste and is sweet and smooth. The clear stew is a medicinal soup with a touch of celery and fresh vegetables. The tomato soup is different, and my sister doesn’t like it. It’s a bit unlike fresh tomatoes. There are also side dishes to order, duck blood, large intestine, beef platter and so on.

We ordered tomato beef noodles, special noodles and cartilage rice. The tomato soup of the tomato beef noodles is quite rich. The noodles are hand-made ramen. The tenderness of the beef is just moderate. The soup of the special noodles is spicy but slightly spicy. The spicy duck blood is delicious and the tripe is delicious. It is just right, it is worth recommending and there is a local snack bar that will come back next time. The only drawback is that the shop is relatively small, so there are not many seats~

I love the stewed beef noodles...must order...every eat not greasy...the staff is kind and memorable...the braised tripe is very recommended

The first time I took a ride to Fangliao, I hit Niuxiang noodles by mistake. The result was super delicious! It’s been a long time since I had such a delicious beef noodle I ordered the stewed beef noodles + hot vegetables, the noodles are delicious handmade noodles, the beef soup is refreshing with a touch of Chinese medicine, and the beef is very polarized!
