The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank

Their services were good until the end. My wife and I tried to open a joint account, so I tried my best to use my bad Chinese to communicate. We waited for a long time, as they were waiting for their supervisor's response from the headquarters. Eventually the branch supervisor came to talk to us, told us that we should give up. The outcome was expected, however, the branch supervisor's attitude was awful. After I politely asked him to speak Chinese slowly, he continued to speak fast as if it would make me understand him more (because I'm Asian???) Most intolerable of all, was his assumptions on our situation. Please, TEACH your employees to question and confirm their assumptions.... I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

The Bank of Shanghai is really a bad bank. It applied on February 14th, and let it go until March 17th, and said it was a system change? No notice! Do n’t ask, do you never know? Too bad bank!

Poor attitude

The service attitude is very good, the people are really full, but there are employees who come out to coordinate the people who do not want cash transactions can go to the service desk, I am therefore the second.
