Chailease new North Itabashi Station

We have rented a car from chailease Airport Station and returned it at New North Itabashi Station. Everything was perfect, employees are very helpful and did their very best to assist us in any way. Special thanks to Frank Tseng, who was outstandingly helpful.nThe staff speaks very good english, I strongly recommend hiring a car with this company. Will come again.

We rented our car at this Chailease pickup point for a roundtrip through Taiwan. We booked directly from Europe and the communication via e-mail was excellent. They have very competitively priced cars. The car was very new, clean and completely smoke-free. Pickup went smooth, we had WhatsApp contact during the trip and we arranged drop-off at Taoyuan airport, which was very convenient for us. The personnel spoke English, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent our car again at Chailease when we will visit Taiwan again !

When I couldn’t get an airport rental, I found this outlet in Taipei. Got a much better price than at TPE and the manager Frank was very helpful, also speaks English well. Will use again.

Rented a car for two days and came back to the outlet late and the store is closed, yet the staff made his way back and helped us to settle everything. Great service and will come back.
