台南老爺行旅 The Place Tainan

The TVs have MOD, but there's nothing entertaining on it. Excellent service from staff and the rooms are comfortable. There was a delay for my family and I to enter our room, so we were given complimentary drinks while we waited in the lobby. I love that the hotel is adjacent to Taiwan Spinning(TS) Mall.

The hotel is clean and staff are polite, accommodating and helpful. When they knew we were staying there for our wedding anniversary, they surprised us by arranging our bed with towel swans and we were also treated to a bottle of red wine .nnWe can feel that they are really going out of their way to make guests stay comfortably in their hotel.nnHotel is easy to find and parking spaces are ample since it is inside a big local shopping mall.nnLooking forward for future stay in this lovely hotel

Overall the service is very good. Check in process is smooth and the front door is the best of my experience. Overall the hardware in room is nice, but the room is a little bit small and the soundproof of the room is terrible.

Overall the service quality is good. The noise from the traffic outside and the corridor can be heard clearly in the room.

The room was really clean and comfortable. We especially liked the view and the little snake. Though traffic noise still could be heard, we slept very well. The staff was helpful and kind which gave us very good impression.
