Chunan Science Park Post Office

The worst bank station ever. If only it’s not near my apartment I wouldn’t choose this bank. We come around 10-ish in the morning to open a bank account for me , my husband and my baby. Then the staff told us told us to come back at 2 on as it’s close to lunch break, I was like? Seriously? But that’s your job. He said it would take 30 minutes for each account to be opened. We have our baby with us, he is not considerate.It seems that they don’t even know if it’s allowed to open an account for the baby so they just grab a “book” maybe that’s where the rules/laws are. Seriously? You don’t even know? How come you’re so old but you are not sure? This is our 2nd time to come to the office the first one is when we ask if they could help us track where our package is but instead they scold us and took us for granted as if it’s our fault. WORST... WORST... WORST... if you don’t want discrimination please don’t come to this bank. Rating? -1Million (negative 1 million stars)

The service attitude is terrible, if you don’t want to get angry, there are other homes to choose...

There are too many counter staff and bad enough, do n’t want to serve the people and trouble to leave the job, do n’t you? Don't pull this ugly face and dead fisheye, it's so unwelcome to exchange money so unwilling to speak, just like the world owes them money, it's faster to pack and collect it!

I have sent several international mails, and my elder sister was very patient and experienced to explain the price difference and estimated arrival time of several plans to me.
