My second favorite post office bank in Chiayi. There is seldom a wait and the staff will fill in if there are many clients waiting. They were able to competently handle a transaction that another branch of the post office bank couldn't handle (due to inefficiency and lack of knowledge).nnIn terms of negatives, the staff are not overly friendly, but are sufficiently professional. Other branches are often more warm and welcoming.nnOverall, this branch is recommended for efficiency and speed of service.
