The service staff is kind, and usually have to deal with a lot of strange things, which is really hard! Although there are many conditions in the App, I still give five stars to encourage the hardworking service staff👍👍👍

The repeated negative reviews are really not a waste of fame! ! ! I went to return the car during business hours, and it was in the afternoon, the indoor lights were all on, but no one was able to get in, no one was left behind, no one answered the phone, and no one was able to contact the customer service! ! ! After waiting outside for a long time, the clerk came back and didn’t even say a word of sorry. It was like nothing they had done, without any service spirit or professional ethics. Such a big company only has such a little quality, which is really speechless. I really can’t imagine how there is such a sloppy quality. Advise those who go out to play, and look for stores, I believe that more is a better choice, don't find madness for yourself!

The locomotive replacement station is closed in the iron gate. After get off work, the battery station display should be turned off, thinking that the battery can be replaced. The result is 30%. It is hard to find a way to change it. Dumbfounded, does Heyun battery replacement station need to be optimized? Such as 24 hours replacement, or store opening hours, etc.... Otherwise, when it is endangered, the ride will not be able to reach the destination, and it is really anxious to keep looking for a replacement power station!
