We contacted IWS before our trip to ask what documents we'd need to bring but only decided to actually rent a car when we arrived at Taitung station. Email communication was smooth and friendly (Joann).nIWS is in walking distance to Taitung station.nRental station staff was very friendly and even though we took the cheapest class, promotional price, we got a brand-new Toyota Yaris Cross. Everything was well explained. Car was cool. Car return went just as smooth.

New cars can be rented at low prices. Focus st line lommel is very comfortable to drive!

Renting a Ford Focus is not bad, there are warm reminders such as pay attention to whether there are passengers in the back seat when getting off the car, reminding that there is a speed camera in front...nBut when I booked it, I ordered a Toyota sienta. The result was a RV (seven-seater) with a small trunk.nBut great

Every time I go to Taitung, I choose IWS to rent a car. The service staff has a good attitude and the car is in new condition. The car was originally booked, but it was a pity that I couldn't go there because of a collapse.
