I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible banking services horrible customer service.

The most slowest brunch of the bank, if you happen to have account in Cathay, choose the other office, or empty your whole day.

If you want to experience how to be irritated with the most cordial attitude, then you must come here to try No matter what business you want to do, there is no one that can be solved by one trip.
