The guards and reception staff were very nice, but the explanation process at the counter did not take into account the customer's feelings. Constantly using proper abbreviations of financial terms to explain things does not help customers understand the actual situation. Lack of empathy in this area, no matter how professional they are, they will find other branches in the future.

I went to this branch to handle Paypal account opening operations at more than 2 pm on Friday. It took about an hour from entering to leaving (about half an hour for the person waiting in front, and about half an hour for the actual processing). .nnHowever, after waiting for the draw, a pedestrian immediately informed the waiting time and asked whether to drink water.
