Quote from Wikipedia: 📓 Huang Lianniang was born in Jiaqing period. At the age of 16, she married Wang Jialin, one year older than her in Jinjiang County, Quanzhou Prefecture, as his wife, and gave birth to Wang Tianxi. After Wang Jialin followed his father to Taiwan for business, he left his wife at home to serve the elderly and chronically ill mother-in-law. 📓 Huang Dianniang swore to observe the festival when her 28-year-old husband died, and then took her children to Taiwan to join her father-in-law. His son Wang Tianxi will run Wang Yixing Xingxing in Manga in the future, and he will buy land in Taipei in the name of burial for the poor. He owns the present Presidential Palace, Taipei Hotel, Guting Junior High School, Guiyang Street, Kunming Street, Zhonghua Road Section 2 and Shuiyuan Road. From time to time, he collected large amounts of rent under the name of "Mangjia Tongrentang", and became the Wang family of the big landlord Mengjia who is still wealthy today. In the 9th year of Tongzhi (1870), Huang Xianniang was awarded 30 taels of gold at the age of 51 as a commendation. That year, Tanshui Tongzhi Chen Peigui included the story of Huang Tanniang in the compilation of "Tasika Department Records". 📓 After Huang Dianniang passed away in seventy years, the old man recommended to the government the deeds of filial piety and called her "Huang Duanyi". In the eighth year of Guangxu (1882), Huang's Festival Xiaofang was erected on Dongmen Street (now Xinyi Road), Dongmen, Taipei City. It was the first chastity memorial in Taipei to commend women's chastity. 💵Paid information: free to visit 🌟Other additions: 1. Attached toilet 🚻. (In the 228 Park) 2. Built in the eighth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1882), Taipei’s earliest Jie Xiao Fang was listed as a "Taipei City Cultural Asset", and it is also a rare century-old monument. 🖋Visit time: 2021/03/15
