Today’s 9-line customer service was picked up by a girl who sounded like an elderly girl. Halfway through the question, she told me to hang up first, because a customer came. Am I not a customer? There is no lunch break during business hours. Why do I have to wait for staff to go out for dinner for at least half an hour before opening an account?
