Hua Nan Bank

Incompetent employees, show 4 forms of ID and still want more (Taiwan APRC, health insurance card, drivers license, and American passport). Takes ages and running to a back room several times to figure out what to do every time I go there. Takes 45 minutes and need at least three people to scrutinize my ID TO PUT MONEY INTO AN ACCOUNT. This is every time I go there. Closed accounts there today (took over an hour). Do not have this problem at any other bank.

I really don't even want to give a star! I haven't seen a bank clerk's movements can be so slow! A guest has to handle more than 10 minutes! If you really don’t have much time to wait, don’t come to this one!
