Have been to this store a few times and was met with very friendly staff every time. They are patient in explaining everything and does not pressure customers into buying anything. This is probably the best location in terms of service I have experienced among all Nespresso locations I have visited across the country and overseas.

I happened to see a new model of Nespresso on the Internet, so I went to a boutique near my home to try it out. The service staff introduced this machine very kindly and patiently, and made a cup of coffee for me to try on the spot, which is really convenient! Later, I tried the iced coffee that is currently the main one. The iced coffee with milk is really good! I accidentally brought a few more iced coffees~ Push!
