The Mount Banping is a mountain in Nanzih District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.nAltitude : 10-180m.nMileage : around 3.2 kmnTime required : 1hournI went to the Mount Banping this morning for routine physical training.nThe trail type is two-way access like a o ring.I spent around 1 hour to go up and down.One of the part of the trail if full of rocks - cobbled road, take care of your steps. I would recommend to go there early without suffering sun burn . Wearing long sleeves or spraying Mosquito repellent is required to avoid Mosquito bite.
