cool little art centre nicely designed with nice works when we were there helpful staff, nice find!

A great place to get some air conditioning n look at cyclists photographs.
A new art center built on a historical rice warehouse in a quiet & small town being famous with its rice field and pure nature. Worth an hour here being nuourished with its uniqueness in presenting art.
