The attendant at this location, after arriving almost 30 minutes late, tried to deny me a rental because of a false accusation that I had overstayed my visa.

Very helpful staff. We had problems with our luggage to fit in the car and yet they tried their best to help us out. Really appreciate their service! :)

Thanks to Mr. Liu for helping us! Renting a car through him was a breeze, and he even gave us some help with driving tips and suggested a great stop for our family, a popsicle stand with a great mountainside view. If we ever need to rent a car in Taiwan again, will definitely use Avis again!
