This used to be one of the alpha in Kaohsiung's department store game until it's reduced nearly to ground by a fire some decades ago.nAfter sitting there for a couple years doing nothing, the revamp of the place successfully turned it into a small but special department store/market place.nThey packed stores like Daiso, A+1 and TKEC, just to name a few.

It's an upscale departments store in the middle of Kaohsiung citys hip shopping area. Various department stores and night markets in the area all in walking distance from each other. With plenty of food and drink options. Also a couple of bar, clubs and boutique cocktail bars
