Jialulan

Very very very very windy. Great display of the coast line. Extremely photogenic place. The elevated steps do shake in the event of strong gusts, not for the faint heated.

Nice spot to stop and get some good views and take photos. Worth stopping if you're passing by. There's a big parking area and toilets.

Beside the great ocean view, there are many installation arts good for making the great pictures.

Such a lovely scenic spot! I had a short rest here while during my trip around Taiwan on bicycle 脚踏车环岛. This was one of my favourite scenic spots along the way on a very very long day of cycling between Taitung and the beautiful city of Hualien. Whether you're cycling, driving or travelling by foot, this is a lovely place to rest for a weary traveller (:
