Worst service ever. I really hate how they treat me (as a foreigner). They wouldn't accept my stamp or my signature, instead just wanted me to write my name!!! That's super unsafe. Everyone can just write your name, signature is save. I have o trust them with my money? It seems everyone who can write English can go there. And this branch is not the only one, my guess is it's the bank's policy. Better go to post bank or mega bank. They always treated me equally and with respect.

The staff are helpful and the facilities are clean and modern.

A bunch of people are waiting in the lobby, and it will take at least 2 hours to open an account. I thought that online reviews were subject to confirmation, but the result was true! I have never seen a bank with such poor efficiency.

After completing the procedures, the staff did not return the ID... and would not actively contact them. After the incident, they found out and then ran back to get it ud83dude10...
