Warning to travelers. The staff at Guoguang Bus has the worst customer service attitude. It is as if they go out specifically to find bad tempered staff.nnChoose kamalan or capital bus lines if you want to spare yourself some abuse.

All you need from a bus station. Connections to the North of Taiwan - Taipei, Keelung, Taoyuan.nPublic bathrooms, ATM, convenient store, waiting area right within the bus station.nAcross the street: local bus stop, scooter & car rental, drug store, two minutes walk from a hospital.nBack of the station: paid car & scooter parking, souvenir shop, restaurant, three minutes walk to the railway station, five minutes walk to the city centre.

There is no need to play LOUD advertisments on the bus televisions and speakers during the ride. Who wants to listen to repetitive commercials for a bus ride? Who wants to listen to the same adverts every ride?nnAlso, why do you have to download an app and register to use the internet? Only has four bus lines, mostly to Taipei. Has a small convenience store and a bigger souvenir store that's mostly food based. Still faster than driving to yilan from Taipei and back. Wayyyy cheaper too unless you already own a car.
