Ichiran Taipei

Garlicky pork broth soup that I have been craving for since I've been in Taipei. Most of ramens here are chicken based. The soup is great. Noodle is great. Well cooked egg and pork. However, I prefer chashu pork to have a general circle shaped to taste the layer of fat and meat combination. Waiting is needed to line up but after you order it's quite quick. The staff friendly but need more training on recheck the order. I didn't get the green tea as I ordered.

Picture this, after a long day you have a nice hot bowl of noodles. Then after this bowl you have another bowl because it's so good! Ichiran is the perfect place for this because not only does it have good noodles, it has other amazing foods.

If you are a ramen lover, you definitely should try !! but the price are slightly expensive.

This ramen shop is known for a rich broth. If you go there around mealtime, you may need to wait for a long time. However, we did queue for almost one hour. If you are a big fan of ramen, this one you would like to try. BTW the price is so reasonable.

You wait 30 minutes and finish eat in 20 minutes ,you go inside 2 people (friends ,couples )feeling you are lonely cos they do all the seats personal like wood to separate you from your friend ,(I guess they don’t want you to talk with your friend so they punished you ).nFirst time I go to a restaurant and after need to go to Macdonald cos so hungry
