The reception counter service is acceptable, but the problem lies in the shortage of staff; the interview procedures, relevant regulations, website descriptions... and other textual descriptions are too simple, and the volunteers are obviously not specially trained, so that the family members of the recipients have all the interviews and qualifications. For food delivery matters, they all jumped in to the reception counter to inquire, creating chaos.
