Great service. I’d especially like to mention Mr. Lin at extension # 3123. He is always friendly, helpful and efficient. He is also patient and polite and thoroughly answers all my questions.

Super eficient and clear. If you hate long queues, be here in the first hour.

Difficult and convoluted. They should be more clear about what exactly is needed so theres no endless back and forth. People r trying but they need better information.

Very good service. Immigration officer was very polite and helpful and even spoke good English. Only problem is that we had to queue for two hours.

I found it to be quick and easy to get what I needed, no issues.
