To put it more specifically, when you take up residence in an artist village, your line of sight will often shift between a local and an international viewpoint. Such a perspective slowly grows, buds and blossoms from daily life, as art and culture help the city achieve new heights and new substance. At the same time, the collective experience of this place awakens a sense of commonality through free and open exchange.

amazing place to chill at night with some friends or take photos. very few people come at night and you can see some cats wandering around the alley on the hill.
