Outstanding service!nWe rented cars from Karen at Formosa twice. Both times we changed our delivery or drop off locations, and Karen and the folks at Formosa were ready and willing to accommodate us, with a smile! They were patient, helpful and great people to deal with. The cars were new, clean and in perfect shape. The price, while high from our North American experience, was the same as other car rentals in Taiwan, but the service was superb.

Though skeptical at first, but trusting them was the right choice! They provide a very personalised service, making my trip a very smooth and enjoyable one! Very helpful and friendly staff (Karen & Amy) whom assisted my pal and I throughout our rental days. Vehicle is in good condition and brought us all the way from Taoyuan to Hualien, Tarako and Taichung without a hitch. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. The Sienta and VW van (Karen kindly upgraded for us) that we rented were fairly new and in clean condition. The cars were easy to ride and did not give us any problems. Before and during the trip, Karen was very helpful and would answer any queries almost immediately.
